Built by three siblings, for a fourth

Our brother sells out every drop.

We built Artisan for him — a storefront, events, order forms, and payments for Bread Baby, his Seattle pop-up bakery. Now the same tools are here for every baker, chef, and maker.

Our story

From a DM pile to sold-out drops

2025 · Seattle

It started with salt bread

Nathan started Bread Baby out of his kitchen — salt bread bagels and desserts, sold at pop-ups hosted by cafes around Seattle. The bread was never the problem. Running it was.

Every drop

The orders lived everywhere

Instagram DMs, comments, Google Forms, spreadsheets, a half-finished website. Every drop meant reconciling all of it by hand — and hoping nothing slipped.

Any bacon bagels left for Saturday? Can I get 2?

Think so? Let me check the spreadsheet and the DMs 😅

So we built it

Three siblings, one missing tool

We're his siblings, and we build software. So we built the thing he actually needed: one link that carries the storefront, the event, the preorders, and the payments — and stays out of the way of the bread.

I was drowning in DMs and spreadsheets. Now I post one link and go bake.

10am — sell out

His posters don't list a closing time

They print "10AM — SELL OUT." Every Bread Baby drop runs on Artisan — the page, the RSVPs, the preorders, the money — and every one has earned that line.

What we believe

Your craft should shine, not the app.

We built Artisan to stay out of the way. Your work is the star — our job is to make it easy for people to find it, love it, and come back for more.

Community over transactions.

The best businesses are built on real relationships. We give you tools to connect with your people, not just process their payments.

Simple is better.

You shouldn't need a tutorial to run your business. If it's not intuitive, we haven't done our job.
